Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office applications including word processing spreadsheets and presentations using these tools extensively to manage policy data prepare reports and communicate servicing outcomes.
• Exhibit solid understanding of core insurance servicing practices with practical exposure to property and casualty insurance considered advantageous for handling complex commercial or personal lines policies.
• Show proven experience of five to eight years in policy administration back office processing or similar operations environments reflecting consistent performance in high volume and accuracy focused roles.
• Display the ability to interpret policy documentation endorsements and communications with careful attention to detail supporting precise execution of servicing instructions and minimizing rework.
• Demonstrate comfort working in night shift schedules within a work from office model maintaining productivity and collaboration in a time shifted environment without frequent travel requirements.
• Apply strong communication and documentation skills to interact with internal stakeholders draft clear servicing notes and present findings in a structured manner using office productivity tools.
• Show capability to adapt to process changes new servicing guidelines and evolving regulatory expectations supporting the organization goal of operational excellence and responsible risk management.
