The position focuses on SME lending, credit risk assessment, policy development, portfolio monitoring, and credit solution structuring.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and credit data to assess SME risk profiles.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures for SME lending.
- Ensure compliance and mitigate credit risk.
- Manage a portfolio of SME credit facilities.
- Monitor performance and identify early warning signs of distress.
- Structure innovative and competitive credit solutions for SMEs.
- Balance risk appetite with business growth objectives.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze complex financial statements and credit data for SME risk assessment.
