Client and Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads and acquire customers for banking and financial products.
- Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle business loans, working capital, mortgages, and other banking facilities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities.
Application and Compliance Responsibilities
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on application processing and approvals.
- Collect and verify required client documents.
- Follow up with clients and banks through disbursement or closure.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, AML, and applicable banking requirements.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
