Slalom Flex (Project Based) – Technical Program Manager

•Coordinate efforts across multiple software vendors, implementation partners, and systems integrators.

•Manage cross-functional dependencies and facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.

•Drive accountability with third-party partners and ensure delivery commitments are achieved.

•Evaluate tradeoffs and recommendations across technology, business, and program priorities.

•Build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders.

•Provide concise, actionable updates to senior leadership and steering committees.

•Navigate complex organizational dynamics through strong emotional intelligence and executive presence.

•Facilitate alignment across business, finance, operations, and technology teams.

•Manage program financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, vendor spend, and value realization.

•Partner with business and technical teams to evaluate solution impacts, dependencies, and implementation risks.

•Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly discussions and executive-level communications.

•Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and financial insights.
