We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Technical Program Manager to lead a complex technical workstream within a large-scale enterprise transformation focused on the implementation of a new billing platform. This role will serve as the primary leader responsible for orchestrating delivery across multiple product vendors, systems integrator (SI) partners, client stakeholders, and technical teams while ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong program management expertise, technical aptitude, financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence executive leaders, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes across a highly matrixed environment.
•Lead a strategic technical workstream supporting the implementation of a new enterprise billing platform.
•Develop and manage integrated program plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution processes.
•Drive execution across multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives.
