Your role @CHANEL
- As a Skincare Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating the skincare category through personalised consultations, storytelling, and service-led experiences that connect clients deeply with our brand. Whilst you will be a passionate champion for skincare, your role also contributes to the overall success of the counter through the promotion of makeup and fragrance.
- You will lead by example in delivering a best-in-class client experience, support business growth through innovative events, and act as a mentor and ambassador to colleagues.

Build long lasting client relationships through a tailored, memorable experience both in-store and through digital channels
Deliver expert personalised skincare consultations that captivate and educate clients
Share product benefits, category knowledge, and application techniques with confidence to clients and colleagues
Host in-store events to elevate skincare category
Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow client portfolio
Achieve individual and counter sales targets & KPIs
