- Lead process improvement projects using Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Lean methodologies
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance
- Manage cross functional projects across Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Support Functions
- Analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
- Monitor project progress, benefits realization, and performance metrics
- Coach and mentor Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and process owners
- Conduct training sessions to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with business objectives
Requirements
- Experience in leading process improvement projects using Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Lean methodologies
- Ability to manage cross functional projects across Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Support Functions
- Experience in analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions
