About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Structural Inspector to join our growing Site Supervision team. The successful candidate will lead structural inspec.

Responsibilities
- Conduct and lead structural inspections for all construction activities
- Monitor ongoing structural works including reinforcement, concrete, formwork, and structural steel
- Review and verify inspection requests, material approvals, and site documentation
- Coordinate with contractors for rectification of non conforming works
- Liaise with Dubai Municipality and DDA during site inspections and approvals
- Work with Design Team to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with project quality plans, ITPs, and H&S requirements
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and recommendations
- Monitor construction progress and provide technical input
- Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders
Requirements
- Extensive site supervision experience in structural inspection
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Development Authority (DDA) regulations
- Ability to lead structural inspection activities
- Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and design teams
- Proactive identification and resolution of construction challenges

Job Overview

- Ensure all structural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
