Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Team Lead for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems to supervise site activities, coordinate technicians, and ensure all maintenance and installation works are completed safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in fire protection systems, leadership skills, and experience handling site operations in compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Lead and coordinate site technicians.
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot system issues.
- Coordinate with clients and Engineers regarding site progress.
- Prepare daily reports, service reports, and material requests.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with authority requirements.
- Monitor manpower productivity and site schedules.
- Support emergency maintenance and breakdown activities when required.
Requirements
- Experience in fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm panels, pumps, sprinklers, FM200, emergency lighting, and related systems.
- Experience in maintenance site supervision.
- Familiar with UAE fire and safety regulations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
