Prestige Valet Parking is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily valet parking operations and ensure smooth customer service and traffic management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily valet parking operations
- Manage and coordinate valet staff and drivers
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Monitor vehicle handling and safety procedures
- Prepare staff schedules and attendance reports
- Handle customer concerns and operational issues
- Coordinate with management for smooth site operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in valet parking or parking operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Good understanding of safety and customer service standards
