Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and HR data management while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies.

- AED 4,000 + Housing Allowance + Transportation
- Working Hours:
- 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and data sheets
- Manage recruitment and onboarding documentation with accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
- Support HR operations, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
- Assist in screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR and employee information
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and agencies
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or data management
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
