Location
- Toronto, ON Shift Type: Full Time Shift Days and Time: Sunday to Thursday from 10pm-6:30am Hourly Rate : $22.75 JOB OVERVIEW: You will be responsible for ensuring your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting. Some of the duties and responsibilities include overseeing daily duties of custodians, ensuring quality standards are met in all areas, facilitating staff meetings to implement safety policies, procedures and requirements, along with news, communications from Head Office and maintaining team morale.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily duties of both light and heavy-duty custodians
- Train new hires and foster BEST’s company culture, mission, and values
- Maintain open communication with Shift Managers and Operational Leadership regarding staffing issues, safety, supplies, and other related business concerns
