- Toronto, Ontario Shift Type: Full-time Shift Days: Monday to Friday Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Salary Range: $42,000 - $47,000/yearly JOB OVERVIEW: The Site Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operation by ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently and on time. This role plays a critical part in enabling managers and supervisors to spend time in the operation coaching employees, engaging with clients, and ensuring contractual service standards are achieved.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer/direct phone calls;
- Ensure new hire packages are filled out accurately and forward all documents to head office;
- New-hire orientation and on-boarding;
