Site Supervisor - Construction

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and daily construction activities.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with management, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Check the quality of ongoing and completed work.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, safe, and organized site.
• Report site issues, delays, material needs, and daily progress to management.
• Monitor worker attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries and inspect received materials.
• Assist with site measurements and completed-work checks.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and project requirements.
• Handle other site-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Previous experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.
• 2–3 years of construction experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction works and materials.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Arabic is advantageous but not required.
• Leadership, worker management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
