Construction Site Supervisor

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workers.
• Monitor work progress against the project schedule.
• Coordinate with management, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Inspect work for quality and proper workmanship.
• Monitor construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures and site organization are maintained.
• Report progress, delays, manpower, and material requirements to management.
• Maintain worker attendance, performance, productivity, and timesheets.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify received quantities.
• Assist with measurements and completed-work verification.
• Review basic construction drawings and report site issues.

Requirements

• Previous UAE experience as a Construction Site Supervisor is preferred.
• Two to three years of relevant construction experience is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Practical knowledge of construction activities, materials, and site procedures is required.
• Basic construction drawing knowledge is advantageous.
• Basic MS Office knowledge is required.
• Hindi communication skills are required, while Arabic is advantageous but not required.
• Leadership, coordination, communication, problem-solving, and deadline-management abilities are required.

Compensation
