Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded new contracts at Tropicana and Sunrise Dam , and we’re expanding our team to support ongoing operations.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a hybrid position , combining site administration with Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO) responsibilities , working as part of a small, high-impact team .

Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster out of Perth , this role is suited to an experienced site professional who is organised, confident, and comfortable operating across both administrative and operational environments .

$120,008 + Super

As a Site Administrator / ARO, you’ll play a key role in supporting site operations through a mix of administration, coordination, and aviation-related responsibilities .

This is a varied and senior-level role , where you’ll manage day-to-day admin functions while also supporting aerodrome operations and compliance requirements .

You’ll work closely with site teams, operational leaders, and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple functions .
