Position Details
Site Supervisor in the Projects department reporting to the Project Head.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site activities for Aluminium Formwork, Safety Screen, and Glass Facade installation.
- Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Guide and coordinate riggers, technicians, and laborers on proper installation methods.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure quality, safety, and timeline requirements are met.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Managers, and subcontractors for smooth site operations.
- Identify and promptly report site issues, material shortages, and technical discrepancies.
- Ensure activities comply with company standards and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction supervision.
- Proven experience in Aluminium Formwork Installation, Safety Screen Installation, or Glass Facade Installation.
