About Your Team
This role reports to the Project Manager and collaborates with site engineers, planners, HSE, and commercial teams.
You’ll be part of a high-performing project delivery unit, ensuring construction progress aligns with quality, safety, and program targets.
Your Role
- Make certain that every stage - from mobilisation through hand-over meets the contract specifications, consultant directives and local-authority requirements; halt or rectify any non-conforming works immediately.
- Coordinate timely material submittals for consultant approval, issue up-to-date information to site crews, and maintain a live register that can be audited at any time.
- Keep all Method Statements and Risk Assessments aligned with company HSE / QA-QC procedures and consultant comments; store them on the approved digital platform along with testing, commissioning, spares, warranty and delivery-period obligations.
- Work with Project Engineers and Procurement to maintain the long-lead schedule, verify delivery dates, chase shipments and log any slippage likely to affect the programme.
- Issue the latest drawings, contracts and specifications to site teams, ensuring they can build “right first time”; escalate scope changes to the Commercial team without delay.
- Oversee on-site drawing control - check, sign-off and circulate revisions while keeping a weekly record of updates and change requirements that reflect what is built on the ground.
- Enforce the project QA-QC plan: witness inspections, sign off completed works, and carry out / verify material take-offs and measurements in tandem with Site Engineers and Construction Managers.
- Record labour efficiencies, delays, stoppages and constraints; submit a weekly report to the Planner / Project Manager and ensure testing, commissioning, spares, warranty and Defect-Liability requirements are understood and signed off during close-out.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 7 years+ of experience in a site management or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to read construction drawings and lead site execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with site platforms like Primavera P6, Aconex or Procore is a plus.
- Familiarity with BIM viewers / basic Power BI dashboards.
- Final selection at senior management discretion.
