Site Store-Keeper

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Storekeeper to manage all material control and inventory operations at our construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out or construction environments and a proven ability to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient material flow.

Manage purchase orders for material requests submitted by the site team.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.

Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) after thorough inspection of incoming materials.

Track and document all outgoing materials to the site team.

Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials in the site store.

Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.

Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in a Fit-out or C onstruction background.

Proficiency in managing purchase orders and tracking inventory.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
