  • Planning of manpower, capacity enhancement, material control, Production plan.
  • Develop production schedule and oversee the production is done within the time specified.
  • Coordinate with stores for material issue controls, planning of import purchase, and lead time management.
  • Corrective actions to the complaints and Non conformities related to products / process.
  • Responsible for Quantity control, process improvements and deficiency control
  • Implement management systems, policies and procedures for continual improvement of the organization
  • Monitoring manpower, identify the training requirements
  • Maintenance of the machineries and Equipment’s.
  • Managing and removing scraps and non-conforming products from the production area
  • Insist on better housekeeping through clean surroundings and better waste management systems
