Site Services Coordinator, Springer

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in administration, logistics, facilities coordination, site services, or a similar support role.
• Experience in mining, construction, industrial, or remote operations is considered an asset.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.

• Work is based at a surface mining operation in Imlay, Nevada.
• Requires regular interaction with employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
• Combination of office and field work with occasional travel throughout the site.
• May require rotational or extended work schedules based on operational needs.

• Ability to work in an active mining environment.
• Ability to walk throughout the site and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
