Assist with monitoring and maintaining application and infrastructure health across development and production environments.

Support incident management activities, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.

Help develop and improve automation tools, scripts, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Participate in system performance monitoring and recommend improvements to reliability and scalability.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards, alerts, and observability solutions.

Assist with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management initiatives.

Collaborate with software developers to improve system reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

Document operational procedures, technical processes, and system configurations.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
