In today's complex IT landscape, organizations must effectively manage a diverse mix of traditional infrastructure, cloud services, and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to support their business needs. A comprehensive operating model for Cloud Platforms Operations & Engineering (CPOE) encompasses Windows and Unix servers, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and SaaS offerings; as well as related disciplines like DevOps tooling that supports the cloud journey for the developer community. With this operating model, Co-operators can build a flexible, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure that supports its current and future needs; accelerate the journey to the cloud. The leadership roles are responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of the CPOE operating model. Implementing this framework will empower Co-Operators to stay competitive and drive innovation in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.
This specific CPOE manager role is key to the delivery of CPOE operational services to Co-operator users. The primary function of this role is to oversee the daily operations and activities related to the infrastructure managed by the department. This includes ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, enabling seamless access, and resilient operations of systems, applications, and data, while minimizing the risk for the organization.

Allocate resources efficiently to support key client deliverables.

Strong operational background preferably hands on after hour support experiences
Strong communicator who can effectively deal with stakeholders across the organization
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Continuous improvement mindset through data and reporting
Working to expert level of technical Skills include but not limited to: AWS, Azure, Web, application servers, databases, on premise infrastructure, access management, backup and restore, disaster recovery, batch processing, patch management, currency, vulnerability management, monitoring, change / problem / incident management, operational risk management, audit readiness, etc.

Expected salary range $91,058 - $141,000+
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
