Role Purpose
Bridge client functional and technical requirements at the module level.
Assist with technical specifications, basic configuration, and initial system troubleshooting.
Areas of Responsibility
- Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist with coding, configuration, and minor customizations under defined standards.
- Support integration testing by validating interface behavior and identifying basic issues.
- Support troubleshooting of performance and configuration issues for a specific module.
- Prepare user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artifacts.
Mandatory Requirements
- SRE Operations is mandatory.
- The role requires 5–8 years of experience.
