Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help convert leads into sales opportunities.

This role requires enthusiasm, high energy and the ability to communicate well with prospective clients and identify their needs.

• You will contact and qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team to close.
• Serve as the first point of contact with prospects
• Reach and exceed weekly/monthly goals
• Identify, execute and follow-up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting and lead utilization
• Responsible for acquiring prospect data from initial conversation
• Take inbound calls and follow up on inbound opportunities
• Make an average of 150 outbound calls (to inbound leads) per day
• Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and maintain knowledge of problems and issues facing the customer
• Educate and qualify leads to create sales
• Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• This is a full-time position, no nights or weekends, the schedule is M-F 8AM - 5PM

• You have a proven ability to sell with a minimum 1 year of experience
• You can articulate our value proposition via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
• You have experience identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
