Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement the site's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor the site quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop and execute robust quality control plans for all site operations, from raw material inspection to final product release.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to identify and address potential quality risks and non conformities.
- Manage customer complaints and non conformance investigations, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality principles into all stages of product lifecycle.
