Responsibilities
- Maintain SOPs, post orders, escalation matrices, training content, and standard reporting.
- Conduct compliance reviews and lead or support internal and external audits.
- Perform vulnerability reviews and recommend mitigations for IT-specific physical security risks.
- Manage training plans, run drills, and coach security officers and supervisors.
- Lead or assist investigations and prepare root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action records.
- Maintain incident metrics and trend dashboards.
- Coordinate with Facilities, HR, EHS, IT, and information security teams.
- Support events and escalations and liaise with authorities per protocol.
- Prepare security performance, risk assessment, and training reports.
Qualifications
- The qualification text describes a graduate with a law-enforcement background, such as a retired police officer at Inspector or DSP level or above.
- Experience in security consulting with proven police and legal liaison exposure is required.
Working Conditions
- The role requires the physical and mental capacity to perform essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Regular computer use, frequent sitting, standing, and walking are required.
- Occasional reaching, lifting small objects, and operating office equipment may be required.
- Travel is required as needed.
