About the Role

- Act as the Company's representative and primary point of contact with the Client regarding construction progress and site activities.
- Manage and supervise the construction team on site.
- Prepare and issue daily and weekly progress reports to both the Company and the Client.
- Lead daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and the Client.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractor construction activities, including planning, progress tracking, resource allocation, and execution.
- Ensure that all HSE procedures are properly implemented and adhered to on site.
- Ensure compliance with QA procedures and oversee QC activities to maintain the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction
- Knowledge of HSE procedures and QA/QC standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
