EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE - Associates degree in Child Care, Education, or related field from an accredited institution - Three years of experience working with K-12 students - OR - Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS - Valid and current American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) course or agreement to complete within 30 days of hire.
