MoveInSync, a global leader in employee commute solutions, is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and scale our Driver Partner Operations across the NCR region.

Own end-to-end fleet and driver partner operations across the NCR region.

Manage driver partner sourcing, onboarding, deployment, and day-to-day partner engagement.

Lead and scale city-based ground operations teams while ensuring high fulfillment rates and adherence to SLAs.

Drive driver partner retention through effective engagement, fair trip allocation, and timely payout management.

Manage vendor relationships, compliance documentation, audits, and operational risk protocols.

Analyze operational metrics and implement data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and a superior customer experience.

Ensure process compliance, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across all assigned locations.

Strong experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or last-mile operations.

Proven experience in vendor and driver partner management.

Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
