Responsibilities
- Supervise and carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems on site
- Ensure correct implementation of chilled water systems in line with approved drawings
- Read, interpret, and review HVAC shop drawings and coordination layouts
- Oversee installation and testing of BTU meters and integration with BMS
- Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
- Prepare Method Statements, ITPs, and Risk Assessments
- Conduct site inspections and functional testing
- Identify and rectify faults, carry out preventive maintenance
- Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports and as built drawings
- Promote and enforce health and safety practices on site
- Pre arrange materials and coordinate with clients independently
- Report daily site activities via WhatsApp and email

- Experience in HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities
- Supervise and carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems on site, including AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ductwork, and chilled water networks.
- Ensure correct implementation of chilled water systems, including piping layouts, valves, strainers, pump sets, and associated control systems.
- Read, interpret, and review HVAC shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and coordination layouts.
- Oversee and execute installation and testing of BTU meters, ensuring correct alignment and integration with control or BMS systems.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit Method Statements, ITPs, and Risk Assessments for HVAC works.
- Conduct routine site inspections and functional testing.
- Identify and rectify faults, carry out planned preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily progress reports, service/test records, and as built drawings.
- Promote and enforce health and safety practices on site.
- Pre arrange and prepare all required site materials in advance.
- Coordinate with clients before the work day and handle the site independently.

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Skilled in email communication and professional correspondence.
