- Manage and oversee site workers, subcontractors, carpenters, painters, MEP teams
- Ensure daily site operations are carried out efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor project progress and report updates to Project Manager/Site Engineer
- Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available on site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship complies with standards
- Enforce compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and site records
- Identify and resolve construction issues to minimize delays and rework
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage on site

- Monitor project progress and report updates, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager/Site Engineer.
