Role Description
- Manage end to end procurement activities, including sourcing materials, equipment, and services that align with project requirements and sustainability goals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, evaluate and onboard suppliers, conduct market research, and support contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and finance teams to maintain accurate records, optimize procurement timelines, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance, maintain inventory levels, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Procurement and managing Purchase Orders.
- Skills in Supplier Evaluation and vendor assessment.
- Skills in Contract Negotiation and securing competitive terms.
- Solid Analytical Skills for cost analysis, budgeting, and data driven decisions.
- Relevant experience in construction, architecture, or design industry procurement is beneficial.
- Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally responsible sourcing practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
