Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations.
- Supervise construction activities and personnel.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
- Manage site logistics and resources.
- Coordinate with engineers, managers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and report issues.
- Maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience in construction supervision.
- Strong site management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications.
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented approach.
- Good communication skills.
