About the Role
Hisn Al Fahidi Aluminum seeks an experienced Site Foreman with minimum 5 years in the aluminum industry to supervise on-site aluminum installation activities. The role requires strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication, installation procedures, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on site aluminum installation activities
- Supervise and lead installation teams to ensure daily work is completed as planned
- Coordinate site activities with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors
- Ensure all installations comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor daily progress and report work status to Project Manager or Site Engineer
- Plan manpower allocation and assign daily tasks to installation teams
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available before work begins
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and rectify any defects promptly
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure workers follow all HSE requirements
- Resolve on site issues and escalate technical matters when necessary
- Maintain daily site records, attendance, and progress reports
- Ensure projects are completed within approved schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Aluminum Industry
- Proven experience supervising installation of aluminum and glazing works including curtain walls, doors, windows, and façade systems
- Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication and installation procedures
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and project specifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with site safety regulations and construction practices

Experience
