- Coordinate with MEP team to ensure provisions are approved before closing walls or ceilings
- Raise Inspection Requests and coordinate with QA/QC and Consultant for site inspections
- Conduct internal snagging and manage subcontractor rectifications
- Supervise finishing subcontractors, monitor progress, manpower, and safety
- Track material consumption, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage

- Experience in site finishing activities (screeding, tiling, gypsum, painting, joinery, glazing)
- Knowledge of MEP coordination
- Experience with quality assurance and inspection requests

Key Responsibilities
- Supervision & Execution: Manage daily on site finishing activities (screeding, marble/ceramic tiling, gypsum partitions, painting, joinery, and glazing) to ensure work matches approved Shop Drawings and Material Submittals.
- MEP Coordination: Work closely with the MEP team to ensure all internal provisions, piping, and wiring are approved before closing walls or ceilings.
- Quality Assurance & Handover: Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate with QA/QC and the Consultant for smooth site inspections. Lead mock up approvals for critical areas.
- Snagging & Rectification: Conduct thorough internal snagging, manage subcontractor rectifications, and close out Consultant punch lists for a seamless final handover.
- Subcontractor Management: Supervise specialized finishing subcontractors, monitoring their progress, manpower, and safety standards on site.
- Material & Waste Management: Track material consumption, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage of high value finishing materials.
