Responsibilities
- Lead site execution from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor daily site activities, work progress, quality, safety, and productivity of labor and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, identify site issues, coordinate with consultants, and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, authority regulations, HSE requirements, and company standards.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, subcontractor work scopes, and site progress reports.
- Arrange and manage materials, tools, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors for smooth site operations.
- Control project costs by efficiently managing labor, materials, subcontractors, and minimizing wastage.
- Serve as primary liaison between client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team.
- Coordinate with UAE authorities (DM, DEWA, Civil Defense) for inspections and approvals.
- Hire, guide, and manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and skilled labor.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, material requests, inspection requests, and other documentation.

- Coordinate with UAE authorities including Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, Civil Defense, and consultants for necessary inspections and approvals.
- Manage client relations by attending meetings, understanding requirements, managing expectations, and resolving site related issues.
