Site Engineer

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction and fit-out activities to ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

The role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and project teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring technical accuracy throughout project execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in construction and fit-out projects.

Experience in site supervision and project execution.

PMI certification or a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and fit-out works.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project progress and report site activities to project management.

Ensure setting out and technical accuracy during project execution.

Review and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with relevant disciplines.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.

Inspect materials and completed works to verify quality and conformity.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.

Resolve technical and operational issues arising on site.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
