Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute Mechanical & Civil site works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedule requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, client representatives, and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and approved method statements
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements, and participate in regular site safety inspections
- Monitor construction progress, prepare daily and weekly site reports, and provide progress updates to project management
- Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient site execution
- Identify, report, and resolve site technical issues, coordinating with the Engineering and QA/QC teams as required
- Liaise with QA/QC and client representatives to support inspections, approvals, and compliance with project quality requirements
- Ensure timely completion of assigned works and support project handover activities
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical and civil site works
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of HSE policies and Permit to Work requirements
- Strong coordination and communication skills
