About the Role
Turnkey Renovations is seeking a proactive Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager with solid site experience to supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely project execution in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day site activities and ensure works are executed as per drawings
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and clients to ensure timely project execution
- Monitor timelines and ensure project deadlines are met
- Review technical drawings and identify discrepancies or potential issues
- Provide accurate site measurements and details related to site conditions
- Conduct quality checks, particularly on finishing works
- Track material deliveries and manage site logistics
- Assist with project scheduling and progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Assist in preparing and updating work schedules, material requirements, and resource allocation
- Conduct inspections and ensure snags/defects are resolved promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with G+1 certification)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Dubai's construction/renovation industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and Dubai building regulations
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle
- Proficient in MS Office
