- Supervise, plan, and execute all site civil works according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure smooth coordination between different trades and subcontractors
- Inspect site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for technical approvals and inspections
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports
- Ensure safety protocols and site housekeeping are maintained at all times
- Assist in quantity take offs, material requisitions, and resource planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve any site related technical issues or design conflicts
- Verify and certify subcontractor works and bills
- Support the project team in achieving project milestones and timely completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in site execution within construction or contracting companies (building, infrastructure, or fit out projects)
- Strong technical knowledge of civil works, materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery
- UAE driving license (preferred)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer Interior Fitout to oversee and manage site activities for construction projects.
- The ideal candidate should have solid hands on experience in site supervision, execution, and coordination of civil works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
