Role overview
Manage the day-to-day execution of landscape projects and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to required quality standards.
The role is hands-on and requires ownership of site execution, team coordination, problem-solving, quality, and project schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily landscape project activities on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Manage site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor progress and ensure project deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, and other landscape works.
- Check workmanship quality and ensure proper installation and finishing.
- Identify and resolve site issues with the project team.
- Take site measurements and maintain daily progress records.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify materials meet project requirements.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and required documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and client or consultant approvals.
