based in the UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor site progress and submit daily reports to management
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement team
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and BOQ
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently
- Support project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- **1–2 years of experience**
- in interior fit-out or construction projects
- Must be
- currently based in Dubai
- (no relocation)
- Knowledge of interior fit-out works and site execution processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- **Fluent in English**
- (spoken and written)
