Quantity Surveyor
at D&D Group
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for precision and attention to detail?
We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Dubai!
If you have experience in the fit-out industry and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for fit-out projects
- Ensure accurate measurement and cost estimation of materials and labor
- Collaborate with project teams to track and manage budgets
- Review project contracts and ensure all costs are accurately captured
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost reports
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any discrepancies
Skills Required
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a fit-out company in Dubai
- Strong experience in preparing BOQs for fit-out projects
- Excellent knowledge of cost estimating and project budgeting
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, and other cost estimation tools)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
