Site Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
• Check materials, measurements, and workmanship at the site.
• Coordinate with the Civil Engineer, Architect, Contractor, and Project Manager.
• Maintain daily site reports and track work progress.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
• Follow safety procedures and site regulations.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
• Knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and layouts.
• Good labour and contractor management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple activities.

Pay

• Pay is up to ₹40,000 per month.
