Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead pan-India installation operations for steel-reinforced AAC wall panels.
The role is based in Mumbai and oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple installation sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage simultaneous installation projects across multiple states and ensure adherence to projected timelines.
- Oversee installation, structural integrity, anchoring, and alignment according to engineering drawings.
- Coordinate panel dispatches from manufacturing units to sites.
- Manage subcontractors, specialized labor gangs, and on-site cranes or hoists.
- Implement quality-control protocols for handling and jointing AAC panels.
- Act as the primary contact for developers, main contractors, and architects.
- Resolve site bottlenecks and manage contractors involved in panel installation.
Candidate Profile
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
- NICMAR certification is a plus.
- Candidates need 5–12 years of experience in civil construction.
- Proficiency in 2D or 3D AutoCAD or Revit is required.
- Candidates must be able to read structural drawings.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India is required.
