The Site Engineer – Architectural / Fit-Out will manage the execution of interior fit-out works at project sites.
The role involves supervising daily fit-out and finishing works, reviewing architectural and shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out and finishing works at site.
- Review and interpret architectural, shop drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other site disciplines.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team to resolve them.
- Ensure proper coordination between architectural, MEP, and other trades.
- Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE and site safety requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering / Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects
- Strong knowledge of Fit-Out, finishing, and architectural works
- Good understanding of shop drawings and construction details
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Experience working with contractors and subcontractors is preferred
- Saudi Arabia / GCC project experience is preferred
