Job Summary
KADL Fitout Company is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the construction and interior fit-out sector.
The role focuses on identifying opportunities, visiting potential clients, building relationships, and securing new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients, consultants, developers, and companies to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and seek new projects and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present the company’s services and capabilities to potential customers.
- Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and construction opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and help convert opportunities into awarded projects.
- Maintain databases of leads, clients, and project opportunities.
- Follow up with clients through project award and handover to the project team.
- Achieve business development and sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
