Site Director

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, Operations, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

At least 7 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including a minimum of 2 years in a plant operations leadership role with responsibility for multiple functions, departments, or shifts.

Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement training or certification is preferred.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and manufacturing performance or maintenance systems.

Primarily works in a manufacturing environment with regular time spent in both office and production areas.

Regular presence on the production floor is required to observe operations, engage with employees and leaders, and support site performance.

May be exposed to manufacturing-related conditions including noise, temperature variations, dust, odors, moving equipment, and other conditions typical of a food production environment.

Must be able to safely navigate production, warehouse, maintenance, and other facility areas as needed.

Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business or operational needs require.

Travel may be required based on business needs, generally up to 10%.
