Role Description
- GAC – Globe Alliance Company is seeking a dedicated and field oriented Site Coordinator to oversee and coordinate day to day activities across multiple project sites.
- The Site Coordinator will act as the primary link between Site Supervisors, Operations Management, Clients, and Field Personnel to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
- The role requires regular site visits, workforce monitoring, client coordination, and support for new project mobilizations.
Experience Required
- 3 7 years of experience in site coordination, facility management, construction operations, manpower services, or project support.
- Experience working on multiple sites simultaneously is preferred.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Willingness to travel frequently between project locations.
- Good understanding of construction and facility management materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in market research.
- Valid Saudi Arabian driving license preferred.
