Role Description
- GAC is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Manager to lead the company's sales activities and drive business growth across Construction, Facility Management, Construction Vehicle & Equipment Supply, Workforce Solutions, Trading Solutions and Temporary Facilities.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- Professional certifications will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Saudi and other GCC markets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to handle the team.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Experience Required
- 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 7 years in a managerial role with proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a Senior Sales role.
- Strong network within Saudi Arabia's construction, corporate, industrial and other sectors.
- Prior experience in Construction or Facility Management companies within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is essential.
